This is high-grade Fancy Bloodstone Jasper. All material has red "blood" dots throughout along with splashes and bands of different colors. It takes an excellent polish and is also a good material for arrowhead knapping. Do not be fooled by my low price - I purchase in large quantities to keep prices down - this is the good stuff!
